原理图中你使用单片机的GPIO直接驱动MOS，要让MOS完全导通，通常需要VGS>10V，然而大多数单片机IO电压只有3.3V或者5.0V，所以建议添加MOS驱动电路，例如UUC27517或者三极管图腾柱电路。 tianruo_2022-3-18-637832066580160724
