Orthomosaic of masked images doesn't create alpha channel #140

The current behavior or issue The updated canopy cover algorithm expect an Alpha channel as a mask. Current transformer doesn't do this

The steps taken to reproduce the behavior or issue, or specify a location where the steps were recorded Run orthomosic on masked image frames

Expected behavior The masked images should create an alpha channel
