Task to do A major version number change to the release of ODM needs to be checked out to see if geographical issues with and without GCP are resolved

Reason Desire to provide automated ODM processing as part of workflows

Result A determination whether v 2.1.0 or 2.0.0 provides a good solution.

Next step is to make sure the image's GCPs are accurate

1) made slight adjustments to GCP locations in GCP files since these are best-guess locations. This provided no real improvement on orthomosaic positioning in relation to plots shapefile

2) Also, added full set of images that contain GCP points to gcp file. This has produced the best orthomosaic image yet. There are still discrepancies between the plots on the image and the shapefile that would be resolved by having accurate GCP coordinates.

Conclusion: OpenDroneMap 2.1.0 produces viable orthomosaic images that, with the inclusion of CGP, are geographically correct. For the CIMMYT data it was necessary to specify the use_fixed_camera_params: True option through a parameters override file.
