Task to do Add support of non-GeoTIFF images to transformer-rgb-indices Also, disable default BETYdb and GeoStreams CSV file generate

Reason Don't need geographic information to calculate values

Result Plain TIFF images are supported (non-GeoTIFF) and only the main CSV file is generated
