Change "Run" button text for starting workflows to "Start" #538

The current behavior or issue There are two run buttons on the page, creating confusion

The steps taken to reproduce the behavior or issue, or specify a location where the steps were recorded Configure a workflow to run

Expected behavior The UI buttons are clearly labeled and easy to use

Completion criteria This is done when the button reads "Start" or something other than "Run"
