Task to do Provide visual feedback on the Start button click.

Reason Some workflows can take a longtime to start due to external issues (such as bandwidth, or slow remote servers). the user doesn't receive feedback that they've clicked Start and may click it a few times more

Result The user receives feedback. that they've clicked the button and can't click the button again (unless there's an issue)
