Change "Server Side" term from pulldown #564

Task to do Change the term "Server side" to another term: perhaps "Remote" or "Uploaded"?

Reason The term "Server Side" is considered to jargony: https://github.com/AgPipeline/Atlana/pull/2#discussion_r715770678

Result The term is changed in the UI and documentation is updated
