Function extract_geoSpatialPointData not working for Zambia #1

The system is currently crashing according to @asila: "We are finalizing on data sourcing Zambezi river basin but we are experiencing system crash while sourcing for Zambia due to the large spatial coverage (~20880 points). The system has worked well for Malawi, Zimbabwe and Mozambique."

@asila suggested to modify the function so the geo-spatial data is extracted province by province. @meklitC what do you think?

More details about the cause of the error:

  1. Dropping a about two provinces the script works.
  2. Reducing the resolution from 0.05 to 0.5 the script also works

This means that reducing the data points in the AOI.RDS file the script works well.
