Task: A generic workflow to run Oryza in CG labs + a documentation
[ ] Finalize the workflow of Oryza in CG Labs
[ ] Test the model for Burundi
[ ] develop result summarization/visualization scripts
[ ] provdie step-by-step manual on how to run it and a general purpose documnetation for the dashboard
Person: Camilo supported by Patricia
Done: when there is a tested/working Oryza model in CG labs
Note: as a test case, the model will run for Rwanda, Kenya and Burundi
