Notification sounds #3

This pull request adds support for notification sound configuration. It reads sounds from default directories:

Should work with any file format supported by NSUserNotification... but doesn't. Preview works though.

Additionally switched target to Mojave and cleaned up external dependency paths, no longer referring to hardcoded versions.
