Inaccuracy in MEDICATION constraints #8

Description:

In the UG, the constraints for MEDICATION is "Must contain at least 1 alphabetic character and has a character limit of 80".

But within the product itself, empty medication are allowed.

Steps to Reproduce:

For example, edit 1 m/ is allowed, despite the DIAGNOSIS not containing at least 1 alphabetic character.
