[REQUEST] More detailed wiki #11

I'm editing the conf file, but I'm noticing there's not detailed descriptions of some of the items, such as what set is. I also run the /checkvote in-game, and I get an error about database modules not being enabled. However, I am unable to see anything in the config file that relates to that error message. I have configured the database connection, but I'm not sure what else I need to do.

TL;DR: Please update the wiki with more detailed explanations of what each section is for, including the different items in each section, as well as a troubleshooting section.
