Offline voting not working #27

Using seriousvote-4.8.7

Users are able to get their reward when they are online so I know that votes get forwarded. I can also see that the offlinevote.dat increases in size when a person votes offline so at least it gets recorded.

Previously it was working in version 4.4

Fixed in latest bleeding, will be a part of the next release, I'm sorry this took so long!
