Variable with the server name #39

As of 4.8.8, I can't find the variable name to use to include the voting website name into the broadcast messages from config.broadcast-message and broadcast-message-offline. Similarly, the config.vote-reward.set commands could use such a variable.

Specially, when a vote is received, player wants to know which vote site when through or not.

Good day, I've finished implementing this feature. It can be accessed as {vote-service} for online and offline broadcasts. Commands will also use it as long as it is an online vote, or offline bypass is on. Implemented by: 793f7dbf896abeb5c7528646ea2fa0a86c3546f9
