[Feature Request] PlaceholderAPI support #8

In regards to this issue, I believe it would be a good idea to have PlaceholderAPI support incorporated into this plugin, both in the form of additional placeholders such as vote_count and for parsing rewards messages and such.

If you need help with using PlaceholderAPI let me know and I can work through doing this :)
