remove ant scripts and configuration #16

We can now remove build.xml, build.properties and probably also the two jars in 
lib-ext to clean up the trunk code.

This wiki page is now irrelevant and can be removed. Eclipse supports Maven and 
the artefacts are now available from Maven central.
