UMA's free assets offer quite limited options for customising the agent's looks and clothing. I will attempt to create some likeness to the FD agents, let's see how it works out...

The GRETA agents seem to be imported meshes/models, which means they are not customisable within Unity. Perhaps Sorbonne can edit the source files to modify the looks of the female agents?
