Support for Biocase-generated ABCD xml archives #66

This also requires setting mappings dependent on the standard in question.

A separate mapping file is needed which can retrieve the xpath based on the ABCD term URI. This xpath is currently still in the SSSOM mapping, but it will be removed from there.
