Update Gradle #12

Creating a build via Jitpack (e.g. to quickly verify forks and PRs) fails, as the current Gradle version is 4.8.1. Please update according to https://jitpack.io/com/github/Aghajari/AXEmojiView/1.3.0/build.log to at least Gradle 6.1.1. Thank you!

Ok, seems not to be a Gradle issue, but probably a too low Android SDK version.
