Touching the Mega during operation causes the system to go crazy #1

For some reason, during operation, if you touch the Mega, the platform will go either all forwards or backward. Might need to switch out for another Mega or change to Mega to a Due

Replacing and new Arduino Mega doesn't fix the noise issue. Next step is to try to replace the jumper cables with better cables.

found the problem: it's the voltage input to the Mega that has been causing the noise.
