As a JS I want to see in my home page a list of jobs that are related to my skill set

This story includes:

[ ] In the controller, call the cruncher service method that gathers matching jobs
[ ] Show the list of matching jobs in the job seeker home page (ensuring that the data table used for this leverages javascript-driven pagination).
- The table should show job attributes similar to those shown in the "search jobs" view
- The title of each job is a link to the job show view
