Footer UI Update #534

As a visitor, I would like to see a footer That has a clear navigation replicating the top nav bar

Include copyright text on left side and navigation to right of bar as per the layout

Lara - Hinesh actually redesigned the footer in this PR: https://github.com/AgileVentures/MetPlus_PETS/pull/480

We ended up simplifying the footer and not replicating the top nav bar (see comments in that story).

Please review and let me know if you want any changes to the footer or if this rendition is OK.

@patmbolger if I look at the footer, it doesn't have the suggested links as per the layout, About us, jobs and contact us, it only has partner with us on the footer. One should replicate the navigation of the important links in the main navbar in the footer, Google spiders check this and is good for organic rankings
