Reposition fields in edit-job view #641

Some fields in this view appear unbalanced (too wide, for instance). See attached screenshot.

This is the current view:

Suggested changes:

  1. Put "Company Job ID" and "Years of Experience" on the same row - the former wider than the latter.

  2. Make the select field for "Job Types" wide, and move "Shift" to the left so that the right-hand side of the select field aligns with the right-hand border of the overall containing div.

  3. Make "Job Skills" label and the "Add Job Skill" horizontally aligned on center.
