Rename shared example groups #666

WARNING: Shared example group 'unauthorized all' has been previously defined at:
  spec/controllers/companies_controller_spec.rb:4
...and you are now defining it at:
  spec/controllers/job_categories_controller_spec.rb:3
The new definition will overwrite the original one.
