adjust naming of mongodb on production #720

rename metplus-pets-cruncher mongodb to metplus-pets-cruncher-production (or remove pets ?)

Either way caution is recommended as we've had trouble renaming things on dokku

trying a clone on the staging mongodb might be the sensible first step
