(Possible removal of feature) Yes but I think this is something we discussed a long time ago. If you want we can revert that logic.

Removal of the feature may be better that way we can have control over the communication between the job seeker and employer. Job Seekers can view the job before registering, once they register the admin will assign them a case manager, once the case manager vets the job seeker and approves their status then they can be sent to the JD to submit to the employers for consideration for employment.

The JS can provide the job code to the JD or Cm and we can look it up from there.

Are you ok that this need to be done outside app? We can add some verbiage like: "If you are interested to apply to this job, give the number SomeJobNumber to your Job Developer and he will help you to apply."

Yes that verbiage is fine, just to be sure, will the job seeker be blocked from directly applying to the job

Looking at this on staging the job seeker seems to have applied for all the jobs already:

I'm unclear what the view of the job seeker has that allows them to apply to jobs at the moment, but it sounds like it's the removal of that feature and replacement with the text mentioned
