Override WSO's rake task transfer of README, by adding a PITCH.md

sfn-client's miles long README from the scaffolding provided by the create-react-app structure is being pulled into the About section of agileventures.org/projects/phoenixone

After creating PITCH.md and verifying that WSO is now pulling from it, add helpful information about #phoenix_one's technologies, who or what it is, and its goals and projects.
