odd error deploying master #70

Semantic MediaWiki was installed and enabled but is missing an appropriate upgrade key. Please run MediaWiki's update.php or Semantic MediaWiki's setupStore.php maintenance script first. You may also consult the following pages:

hypotheses:

1) could this be related to having updated to 1.32 on matt's machine, and some odd change in submodules or something else (perhaps a different version of SM changed related DB tables or something?) 2) has something in Semantic MediaWiki changed since last deploy - i.e. something that's not locked down? are we jumping SM versions?

running setupStore.php seems to have fixed it, but do we now have to add that to the entrypoint?
