Generate Artist resource #40

Use mix.gen to generate Artist resource @FedericoEsparza we did nor reference user on the artist schema as we had questions whether its needed or we can just add them as the application grows. Part of the questions was if the artists are themselves users of the system or data about them is what's accessed by the actual users?
