Nice. Any chance this fixes the vagrant up infinite loop issue we were both seeing?

No idea. Need to make a few more tweaks as well.

@beerlington Specifying rvm and rvm_chef versions (as done in template) fixes the hanging issue as well as some other rvm compilation failures.
