Avoid clash with EditObject #15

CancelSelectTextDraw closes EditObject GUI therefore the sequence has been changed to avoid any further clash with sa-mp default UI.

Newer version fixes this. I used a boolean whenever i used CancelSelectTectDraw, so the callback from the function is ignored.
