work-in-progress for https://github.com/AgnosticUI/agnosticui/issues/174 (and an agnostic-vue package version too)

[x] Tease out MenuTrigger button to own component
[x] Create "kebab" variant
[x] Create "hamburger" variant
[x] Create "meatball" variant
[x] Wire up according to boolean props e.g. isKebab and so on

[x] Bump agnostic-vue/package.json (we'll wait to npm publish once others frameworks are also implemented and docs are updated)
