Update README to reflect transition to pre-built images #32

Once the Braket container images are being built in the Release workflow and the executor supports an ecr_image_uri instead of an ecr_repo_name, the README needs to be updated to reflect these changes.

Acceptance criteria

The executor is looking good! However, the README still needs a few tweaks -- for example, the example still refers to ecr_repo_uri instead of ecr_image_uri. And a sentence or two explaining this parameter would be appreciated by the user.
