add fill path plot command

experimental arbitrary filled path plotting via PLOT &D8

this works in a slightly different manner to other PLOT commands in that “plot fg” or “plot bg” plot modes will push points, and the path will only be committed to be drawn when a different VDU or PLOT command is made
