"Seems when I rest while in a form (specifically the nimble form, I've not checked the others), I end up getting a compounding +2 to my dex based skills, as evidenced above after having been logged in for a while (and when first noticing it). My druid is level 10 and has 0 parry ranks.
The armor check penalty also seems to go crazy high into the negatives, although not enough apparently to offset it.
Relogging fixes it, but there seems to be no way to get the skills to correct themselves otherwise. Resting normally while out of form doesn't fix it, nor does dismissing spells via PC tools."
