Effect - Isaac, instead of shooting tears, now carries a toolbox and throws tools. These tools arc but still travel at angles and heights similar to tears in most cases. Shots will have random speed, arc, angle, damage, and time until the next shot, taking on the appearances of different tools. Additionally, Isaac will sometimes throw a special tool that has a unique effect, such as:
Soldering Iron - Lower average damage, causes burn
Toy Mallet - Lower average damage, ridiculous knockback
Tuna Sandwich - Lower average damage, farts when terminated
Lead Bar - Very short range, high damage, causes stun
Scalpel - Lower than average damage, causes bleed
Knife - Acts exactly like a mom's knife shot
Nail Gun - Spins around, shooting nails in a circle while midair. Higher damage.
Water Bottle - lower than average damage , bursts into a tammy's head style burst of normal tears.
Spark Plug - Bursts into localized technology lasers.
Toolbox - Causes stun, higher damage, ridiculous knockback, bursts into various other shots upon terminus.
