[Enemy] Sunken #367

Sunkens are Catacombs/Necropolis exclusive enemies, and appear as Gapers sunken into the ground and suffocating under the dirt. Normally, they are static and cannot be damaged, with only the very top of their head poking out, but if Isaac gets close, they will (attempt to) pop out of the ground and reach towards Isaac, and can then by damaged.

If Isaac makes contact while it is reaching out, he will take damage, and the Sunken will begin slowly moving towards the player (to seek 'help').

They will essentially act as living obstacles/spikes much like the Nerve Endings, although much earlier and a bit more interesting.

-appear in flooded caves and catacombs -before they pop up they're either a bump on the ground(catacombs), or a shadow under the water(flooded caves) -Once risen, cough dirt clouds periodically, which blind Isaac and prevent him from shooting. FL ones spew water, which will have creep.
