[Enemy] Executioner #408

A gaper wearing an executioners hood, with bloody chains hanging out of an eviscerated stomach.

Walks towards isaac, occasionally creating a chain of bullets to wall isaac off (think the executioner shotguns from gungeon, or that one witness attack with bullets coming from the side)

Usually found in depths, though also seen wandering through sheol.
