The Thin Mush is a mushroom-based enemy found in the Caves and Catacombs only, inspired off the Thin Odd Mushroom item. When Isaac gets in it's line of sight, it will pop up and 'rotate' or 'spin' in place, shooting out spores in all direction (similar to the Sprinkler item). After the attack is finished, it will pop back down and 'refresh', at which point it does not pop up and takes less damage until it is done recharging.

Sounds pretty fitting. Also before I forget, I've finished my boss and enemy design doc. It's pinned in the discord if you'd like to give it a look and try to work by some of what it states. Worked on it for a while.

I won't be able to check it out right now. I'm currently at school and Discord is blocked, but I'll take a look when I get back home.
