The Twins are a pair of conjoined, well, twins, their mouths agape and eyes wide and empty, almost seeming to stare away from the other as if in fear. The two heads of the twins will be stitched together on a single body.
The Twins have 2 phases
First Phase Attacks (Intact, Full HP)
Right head begins crying and having a tantrum, shooting bloody tears at Isaac while the body itself slams its fists into the ground. The Twins are stationary during this attack.
Both heads begin wailing, fearing Isaac (cannot shoot tears) for a short time. If Isaac gets close, they stop wailing and smack Isaac away, ending the attack.
Passively chases Isaac.
Second Phase Attacks (Only left head, 1/3 HP)
The remaining head takes control over the body, and lets out a piercing wail, fearing Isaac, as well as damaging him if he is in range.
After this, the body begins rapidly chasing Isaac, only stopping to rest and cry (like War) if a certain amount of damage to it is dealt.
Occasionally stops to do a forceful inward shriek, pulling in Isaac at a strength more powerful than the sucking Grims (can't remember their names at the moment).
Floors: Crawlspace
