Looks like a sewn up mini-Isaac (think Best Friend) with two empty holes as eyes. When picked up, it simply wanders around the room aimlessly, only chasing after an enemy or following Isaac if they get close. It does no contact damage, but has an invisible "haunting" aura that fears all enemies that walk into it for the first time, and possesses them (charm that allows them to phase through all obstacles and are invulnerable to damage) for a short period of time (light blue tint that makes enemy semi transparent).
