[Obstacles] Bumpers #426

Bumpers appear on Chapter 2 (Caves and Catacombs specific) and act similar to mushrooms but will throw Isaac into the air when walked over (like How to Jump).

Edited to remove Warts and Candles.

Really like the bumpers, feel very Zelda-y, good job. Warts and candles don't sound too interesting, they don't do anything unique
