malignant is an enemy that only uses his giant hand on his back to attack issac. the hand is an deformation, its body and its hand is also deformed with tumours of varing size.

throws an large boulder out of his hand thowards issac then he quicly runs to another position, and throws his hand onto the rock, then the boss pulls himself towards the rock (simular to zeldas body when he pulls himself unto his hookshot).
The boss slams his hand on the current rooms wall, causing rocks to fall from the roof of the room,
The boss stands still looking at issac while he preapares to do the hookshot like attack described before but onto issac. When the attack hits the wall is spawns small troumurs/blobs of meat that are stationary. The boss can then kill the small blobs my mashing them with his hand, and in doing so realeases 6-9 short range projectiles that travel in simular fasion as monstros projectiles. Issac can kill the toumours to stop Maligant from crushing them.
