Popps appears as sickly Gapers with large, bloated heads covered in warts. Upon entering a room, they will chase Isaac as their heads slowly expand. If Isaac does not kill them in time, their heads will pop into a fart cloud, releasing a Monstroesque volley of spores, leaving behind Spore Gushers (Gushers that spurt spores rather than blood shots).
