[Boss] Scatterbones

Scatterbones can be found exclusively in the Necropolis, appearing as a large, hunched Boney carrying a massive pile of bones, with his body falling apart at the seams.

His attacks are as follows

• Takes hold of his head and throws it at Isaac like Ragman, though the skull will instead bounce around the room for a short period of time before Scatterbones goes to pick it up again. The skull cannot be killed, but can be shot by Isaac.

• Stops in place and clenches his fists like Ultra Greed before bones erupt from the ground following Isaac in a fashion similar to Wormwood for about 10? seconds.

• Raises and slams his fest into the ground, creating a rippling shockwave and releasing a volley of bones in Isaac's direction.

• Topples over from the weight of the bone pile, crashing to the floor (always horizontally) and spawning 1-3 Boneys and releasing boney volleys before pushing himself back up.

• On death, Scatterbones loses balance and topples forward onto the floor, spilling about 4 Boneys and multiple bone volleys onto the floor.

I think on death he should only spawn the bone volleys. I don't think bosses spawn something once they have died
