Rooms which act as normal on first visit but contain ambushing-type enemys if you revisit them or maybe have a second wave.
Makes backtracking less boring.
This could be achieved by an invisible Entity acting as a script.
This could be a gimmic of an agony floor. Enemies can be revived after the room is over.
