All stat ups isaac gets after picking up green tea give an extra %15 bonus.

I like it, but maybe something else for the item name, like Moldy Mushroom with a bite taken out of it or something.

Sounds boring but useful and balanced at the same time I think a theme rework would improve it greatly, I like @Floofball's idea
