Spawns a familiar with a robe and a halo(maybe even curly hair for him?) that deals some damage per tick and shoots itself in the direction Isaac is shooting at. Gives a robe(Done as a costume layered on top of them) to any familiars Isaac has while he has this item. Additionally, any familiar Isaac has will follow the Gospel Child, and will deal some damage per tick while Isaac has this item. If Lilith picks this item up, the robes are replaced with Ceremonial Robes and the halo for the leader is replaced with horns.
