create ads in the "Cryptocurrency" payment method with any fiat currency #256

For some reason, it's not possible to create ads in the "Cryptocurrency" payment method with any fiat currency (they're not in the currency list). Also, some cryptocurrencies are duplicated in the list. Please check this issue.
