Battery life FOSS version #270

When I upgraded to android 14 I was thinking that they fixed something in my custom rom... Battery was lasting between 2 to 3x longer...

But since I get a new working build of Localmonero, the battery is back to lasting barely half a day

I know that the fact I don't have any Google spyware do affect battery life for the notifications. But I also have Element and Signal and they seam to not affect the battery that hard

In addition to this issue, I have also often experienced missed and delayed notifications. Mentioning here because I believe the two to be related, please let me know if I should open a separate issue instead.

We have no exact timing for implementing this feature; give us a couple of days to check.
